 Dr. Steve Lower is Founder and CEO of ePsychToday™. He received his doctorate from Temple University in 1972 with specialization in developmental and clinical psychology, and is a Licensed Psychologist in the state of Pennsylvania. He is also President/CEO of Quantum Employee AssIstance Programs and Director of Psychology Associates Outpatient Mental Health Clinics. Dr. Lower’s 40 years experience in the practice, management and delivery of Mental Health Services gives him a well informed appreciation of the challenges facing providers today.

Michael-Coburn

Chief Technology Officer

Michael Coburn brings 40 years of experience in the Information Technologies field with a diverse background in Systems Design, Systems Administration and Executive Management.  Michael holds a plethora of  industry certifications from Microsoft, Citrix, Novell including a Novell Master CNE: Communications.

Always a team player, Michael has a long and proven track record of reducing IT spending while increasing IT performance. He has led systems implementation at Foxwoods Resorts and Casino, Lincoln Financial and Advo Systems as well as serving as Director of IT for Schatz & Schatz, Ribicoff & Kotkin, The Allied Group and Central Florida Cardiology Group.

Michael augmented his educational background by completing certifications in System Dynamics and Modeling for Organizational Learning from The Sloan School of Business at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology,attending Six Sigma training in Arizona and becoming a Certified HIPAA Security Professional (CHSP).

In 2002 Michael launched what was to become Axciss Solutions, Inc, a company focused on becoming the Information Technology partner of its clients. In this role, Axciss has been instrumental in growing clients businesses by focusing IT Solutions to meet with business objectives. Axciss has blazed the trail in virtualization, application hosting and cloud computing.

 

Steve Tye

Chief Financial Officer

Steven Tye is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of the University of Texas. After spending his initial working years in the Texas banking system, Steven joined Salomon Brothers in New York and London, managing bond trading and syndication. He was then instrumental in the founding of online finance, which was sold to General Motors Acceptance Corp. Since moving back to the United States, Steven has been active in working with start-ups, most recently joining ePsychToday™ as CFO.

 

 

Shay Hutchison

Chief Marketing Officer

Shay Hutchison was born in the small town of Charlevoix Mi. Shay holds a BSC in Business Administration from Concordia University. He launched the brand, Home Mortgage of Michigan in 2004. Shay was vital in helping the company grow to 150 employees before the banking meltdown. In January of 2009 he re-located to Cape Town SA, to take the position of National Sales and Operations Manager of  IOLProperty (www.iolproperty.co.za ) IOL Property is owned and operated by Independent News and Media an international conglomerate that owns publications such as The Cape Times, Cape Argus, Johannesburg Star, and the Sunday Independent in the UK.

When he left the IOLProperty in January 2012 they were reaching over 1,000,000 visits per month that searched 4,000,000 pages of the website. In February 2012 he took a position in Business Development for Groupon SA, and joined the fastest growing company in history. He is in charge of the digital strategy that ePsychToday™ is using to establish themselves in the Telemedicine space.

Michael Mark

Director of Strategic Partnerships

Mr. Mark has more than 33 years of senior executive experience in the healthcare industry.   Having served at the executive level for multiple Blue Cross Blue Shield organizations, health plans and provider organizations, Mr. Mark offers valuable strategic insight and unparalleled expertise.   His experience as a senior level executive responsible for global and national information technology corporations spans multiple international markets.  Over his career, Mr. Mark has been responsible for over $2.4B in revenue generation and the leadership of over 3300 employees.  He currently is actively involved with execution of several aspects of the Affordable Care Act.  Specifically, his present focus is on Accountable Care Organizations, their formation, start-up, and operations.

Mark was the President and CEO for a regional physician/hospital organization representing $400M in annual revenue.  Operational turnaround was experienced during a two-year period by bringing the physician, hospital and employee leadership together in support of common, identifiable objectives.  Mark was also a key executive and consultant for start up and turnaround for several Physician and Hospital Organizations throughout the U.S.

As President/CEO of a Blue Cross Blue Shield managed care company Mark completed a successful startup generating $200M annual revenue.  As a change agent, Mr. Mark moved the organization from a negative performance culture to a service culture and infused the organization with a commitment to quality, which established the basis for start up, and organizational success.

His experience also includes leadership and consulting as a healthcare Profit & Loss principal for vendor organizations; including, Science Application International Corporation (SAIC), and Computer Science Corporation (CSC),

While at SAIC and CSC Mr. Mark worked with Federal and State Governments to develop and build IT and process solutions.  These comprehensive solutions were sold and deployed into MHS, CMS, Tricare, and The Center for Disease Control which included providing policy and thought leadership to the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Health Affairs, and the Surgeon Generals for the Army, Navy, and Air Force.
